The fight between living and leaving Part one

This lifelong fight between living and leaving,
Two opinions in my mind, today which one am I believing?
Which one is holding that big megaphone?
Always two voices but I'm all alone,
I really think my fuse has blown.

Wake up, mate; get a grip and out of the black,
You've a beautiful womans love you need to earn back,
Stand up, shake it off and give yourself a whack,
Get back to the plan and on the right track,
It's only yourself that has you under attack.

I really need to start singing a happy tune,
Get all of this down the hell out of my room,
Let the light back in, its time I was shining,
So often I try, I just don't have the timing,
But they say every cloud has a silver lining.
