Fadding away

I look in the mirror what do i see
i see somebody that doesn't look like me

there's someone else with me all the time
sitting next to my writing the same rhyme

she acts like me, talks like me thinks like me, but shes not
i look at her without a thought

she is what i use to be
she is what i want to still be

she always asks how i changed
i tell her when my life was rearranged

she was happy and i was sad
she left me when everything went bad

she left me when times got rough
forcing me to turn tough

she always left when i needed her the most
so when she comes back i tell her to go
but when i do she just says no

i looked in the mirror the other day
shes finally starting to fade away
