Fat and ugly

I'm so sick of people pretending they don't see
the way I have let myself go
I'm fat and I'm ugly and I know they agree
I wish they would just tell me so

I hate who I am and I hate how I feel
everytime I come home and eat junk
its not that I'm fat just not as thin as before
I feel like my old life has sunk
