A Joyous Chorus in your Subtelty

by Timothy   Aug 16, 2004

All I have for now are my words,
It is the best I can do;
Loving you hasn't been as easy as it should have been,
You know what I have been through.

But when our fingers intertwine in a grasp,
I feel your strength in that grip;
A little squeeze, a surge of confidence,
A twinge of a smile from the corner of your lips.

You help me up, when I fall down,
Melancholy as I can be,
You are my backbone; my pillar of strength,
There is a joyous chorus in your subtlety.
