An Every Day Thought

by Sammie Moore   Aug 16, 2004

Have you ever looked and concentrated on your wrists?
Stared at the delicate blue veins that are madly pumping liquid life through your entire body?
Then imagined a serrated knife sliding, cutting away at the flesh... skin and the lining walls of those same blue veins.
Watching the crimson liquid of life flow onto your skin, and then off into a puddle on the floor.
Feeling your heart beat slow to a murmur of a hum.
Another everyday thought, and another shattered life.
