Lost

Loud voices, slamming doors
hiding in a corner I just cant take it anymore

I can hear the whispers behind my back
O God cant they see I'm about to crack

This and That and how I should be
they look at me but they don't even really see

Hurt lies and tears
its cause of them I'm filled with so much sadness, pain and fears

When that time comes for me to go they're say "she was just weak, not strong
but it was cause of them...they were so hurtful, hateful and so very wrong

They're shake their heads and whisper "what a shame to see a life taken in vain"
they'll never see this is just the way it had to be.. now I'm happy, free and finally in no more pain.
