A gold-brown lock touches the shoulder
Of a girl--Daddy's girl.
Unexperienced eyes & hands,
But hell, let's give it a whirl.
The hazel eyes, ever shifting,
Colors changing with the mood.
A pure heart & sassy voice,
Confident, with attitude.
Yet, she's shy, within her shell.
Afraid to show herself, her own person.
Other's eyes & words are cruel,
Becoming active could only worsen.
Well built for a girl, a true Tommy.
Interested in cars, guns & guy stuff.
Good at making friends,
But not meaning to be intimidating, it's rough.
Toenails painted, lips glossed--
Outfit perfect for a night on the town.
Hair tousled, makeup set,
Skin slightly brown.
She's what she needs to be,
All that, plus a little more.
But then why does her confidence lack--
When her possible prize is behind the only door?
