Get me out of here

by Katherine A Lee   Sep 9, 2004

You left so suddenly, quicker than I could ever run

Forever not will you be gone

Still, your memory lives on through the pain in my heart
Shown in the agony of my forbidden art

When you shall return is unknown

Through parallel dimension where nothing is fair

Where everyone worries about what they should wear
Though I do not much care

Only you could get me out of here

Out of the world of chaos, hopelessness and despair
From that world of which nothing is fair

You returned to me and sometimes I wonder why

Considering the hours upon hours of which I had to cry
