An Ode To A Special Friend

Dedicated to a very special person in my life, Bonnie it is truly an honour to know you!!

I am a very lucky person, I have such a special friend
Bonnie, been there since the beginning, hopefully 'til the end
She is a beautiful soul, inside and out
I am truly blessed to know her, everyone is no doubt

My dear friend Bonnie I met, in my kindegarten years
She is one of the few people, that truly cares
Unfortunately, Our friendship hasn't always been strong
Friends nine years later, obviously we belong

Bonnie if you're reading this, I just hope that you know
Honestly to me you mean the world, though it may not always show
I'll do my best, I really will to show you that I care
Standing here beside you, I will always be here

I've really enjoyed the years, I have known you
Definately looking forward to our time in the future too
Life isn't easy, never has been never will
Though, with our friendship, together, we've years of time to kill
