There are a few words i would love to hear
They give me confidence, no more would i fear
I don't think that they are that hard to say
I hope that i put this in the right way
I hope that clearly my words i convey
I need to know, you are proud
Its something i need you to say aloud
You don't need to say it when we are in a crowd
To make you happy is something i have vowed
I've always wanted to do things right
I've wanted them perfect in your sight
You try to help me with all your might
But it seems like all we do is fight
I do not want any feelings that are contrite
I wanna lay it all bare
I know that for my future you want to help me prepare
I know you just want my future to be brighter
But could your hold possibly be any tighter
I ask you if you could hold on just a little lighter
I hope that when u read this you don't get upset
I don't want any think to happen i would regret
To you i am way in debt
You have done so much for m, that i will never forget
All i want is to say is I love you
I would love to hear is too
I know my dreams you will help me pursue
I hope that this misunderstanding is something we can work though
And start all over again new.
