Ungranted Wish

by Precious Sison   Sep 23, 2004

As I look up at the setting sun
I thought of you and me.
The mixture of hues in the sky
Can make anyone happy.

Yet I am not one of those
Who enjoys with all their hearts.
I won't even enjoy bags of money
Or even flower-filled carts.

All I want is you forever
But that's one wish that can't be done.
Never again can I be happy,
For you are now gone.
