Was a little ass kid called Hernan Lopez
He used to sell drugs and bust guns
Little homey was up to no good
He told his moms a story, and here it goes
"Mommy, there's this story bout a guy that lived in the hood
He was a mean guy, always had a bad mood
He was in a back of a facility trying to sell drugs
Until little punk ass got his ass mugged
He became broke, well he was broke already
They use to tell him to start over, but he wasn't ready
He said he was happy the way he was
He started thinking differently when he got shot
Laying in the bed of a hospital
Was crying and telling his mom he was sorry
Even though she was dead she could hear him saying"mommy, I'm sorry"
He was slowly dying in his hospital room
Last thing he saw was the bright moon
He died that day crying and looking at the moon
He was a "happy" man like he said
But now people say good things about him because his dead
