Im Not Too Sure...

I’m not too sure of the person
That I currently call my best friend
You know the one you’ll think will be there always
That friendship that was never supposed to end
I’m not too sure of the person
That is supposed to be my number one girl
The one I enjoyed spending every moment with
The one who shared my little insignificant world
I’m not too sure of our friendship
Too be honest I’m so confused as to where I stand
From the person who always knew what to say
To someone who I can barely understand
I’m not too sure of what happened
Or just how things came about this way
Fact that I am curious as to whether she considers
That I actually listen to the words she doesn’t say
I’m not too sure of what to say myself
I feel that special connection has been lost
That I am simply lost words bewilders me
This friendship has certainly taken its cost.
Im not too sure of what that costs is
Because you and I can barely even speak
I believed our friendship could survive anything
I never thought our strength could be so weak.
Im not too sure how she be feeling about this
Because there has been a misplaced link in our connection
And I'm starting to take upon myself the impression
That this was her initial intention.
I’m not too sure about a lot of things
But one thing I surely know
Is that I get a sickness and feel ill inside
At just watching as my best friend goes
I’m not too sure how to fix it yet
I don’t even know that it can done
But through all my years I see her smiling face
My best friend, she’s the only one…

    sometimes all the pain and tears are worth it, true friends are hard to find, sometimes the person you once knew so well is the one you no longer understand, but there will always be the times you shared. A true best friend is the most precious thing you'll ever come across in your life

    Well can't say I love you dtons or this was the best I have ever read but it did have a deep meaning to it and the message was sad that is true, I liked the way you carred yourself through the poem but the had missed something, maybe it's just me oh well take care and good work
