Inside me there's nothing
Outside me there's a smile
When are you going to learn
That when I smile
It isn't really me,
All I really wanna do
Is run and hide

Get away from the fake love
Away from the hypocrites
And right back to the thing
That I know is true
The pain caused from the knife
that runs across my wrist
And leaves the scars
That make me sure that
I am real and that
I really can still feel

The knife, that's my best friend
Well that and the truth
Which is the one thing
That I know is true
In this world full of lies

    hey hun, thats a really good poem. thanks for noting me about mine. i'm sorry about your boyfriend and you, but if things didn't feel right then its best to leave things alone and not hurt yourself by trying to make them right. maybe you could talk to him, and tell him that you feel bad about hurting him. good luck, and have fun.
