Someone made me smile :)

I hear these words you say to me
They’re lingering for what seems an eternity
I feel your touch, as I’m comforted
The world suddenly seems less distorted
I look in your eyes and I begin to understand
And you slowly reach down for my hand
Everything suddenly makes perfect sense
And I slowly retreat from my barrier of life-less defense
I realize what you really mean to my life
And that you would never want me to cry
I don’t know how I bottled my feelings up so much
Now I let it all out from the discrete power of your touch
With you around I feel amazing
Just the sight of you is fazing
Tears start swelling up to my eyes
An unknown feeling coming from inside
I am taken to another place
Gradually I find my unknown face
I feel an emotion coming to my lips
And a riveting sensation through my fingertips
I feel the edges of my mouth begin to curve
As I’m coming back down to earth
I have this feeling now that I haven’t felt for such a long while
As I then reveal,
A smile.
