End of the Road

by Seronum   Oct 17, 2004

As I'm walking down the road, I come across a sign.
Pointing to wards the end, it seems it is my time.

The sign still growing closer, as i walk to it some more.
I find myself about 10 ft, from where the road's no more.

A sign just standing by, giving me some clues.
Jumping off the edge, should bring about some news.

My mind is growing wary, as the thought become so clear.
That dying now is all Ive got, to get rid of all this fear.

That fear of loss, and broken dreams, all shattered all at once.
well now it is my time to fade, and I'm on the verge to jump.

If you really cared you'd stay with me, instead you put me in such pain. My thoughts were wrong about you and me, so my mind is going insane.

Goodbye all, my time is up so see you all some time.
dying here was meant to be, I've left a note to shine.

Sorry everyone if this poem makes you cry. I need to inform all that this poem is dedicated to my friend sarah, she got dumped and i helped her out with a poem. Thank you all for reading and take care.
