Silence

I wont be an artist
and paint a masterpiece
the closest I will find to a paintbrush is
I will not find my beauty and I am only the beast

I wont be a writer
with wonderful stories to tell
the closest to a story I shall get
is to tell a lie and say I am well

I wont be a singer
with an amazing voice
I wont be a model
and I wont have a choice

I wont be famous
and have all the glory
just take a look at me
and you will see I am a different story

I am silent
so don't worry about hearing a thing from me
because me being silent as the grave
is all I will ever be.

    Very impressive I have to say. Filled with feeling, which is what most poems seem to lack nowadays. The reader has to be able to feel the emotion being emitted from the words. I definitely felt it, good job. I wrote a poem about hope, or at least tried to, haha. Perhaps that might make you feel better. Take care ;-)
