The Virus of Love

The feeling that lies deep inside
A stabbing pain, unable to describe
Though invisible to the human eye
Present it is, one cannot deny

Eats at the heart, Sucks out the soul
The end result- you are no longer whole
Infects your emotions, intoxicates your thoughts
Hidden it is, though long after sought

For this is the cause of a disease
In which the virus is taught to decieve
It goes against your wants and needs
Among your soul throughout it will feed

Suicidal images, spread throughout your mind
No cure fo the disease, you will soon find
The virus is fatal, lives are taken
If you think you can beat it, you are mistaken

Fortunately, this virus is very rare
But if you bear it, you have something to fear
Hell down under or heaven above
Either can be the fate for the virus of love
