Fades Away

It doesn't make sense, but I wrote
what I felt...

This pain..
I cannot bare..
Screaming ..
Your not there..

Silence..
Alone again..
Just me..
In the end..

Dying..
Confused inside..
Happiness..
My disguise..

Numb..
No touch to feel..
Living..
A time to heal..

A love..
That has moved on..
A father..
Almost gone..

Emptiness..
Death I fear..
Hope..
To have you here..

Wishing..
He could stay..
Leaving..
You fade away..

I recently found out that my father is dying of cancer and I have been spending as much time with him as possible.
I am about to lose my job, and now I fear I might be losing my boyfriend as well. I am sorry for anyone I have been neglecting,these past few weeks, my friends, my other family members, and I hope that you will forgive me. Chris, I love you with all my heart. I just want you to be happy... Thanks for reading my poem.. Take Care

    Awww im sorry about your dad. I understand how you feel. My grandma has just died of cancer the other month and it was horrible seeing her suffer. I have just wrote another poem about her if you'd like to read it. Very emotional poem. Good work.
