Love can leave you broken
Love can remove your soul
Love can take away your feeling
Dig you an even greater hole

Love can be your sunshine
Love can help you through
Love can leave you desperate
What next is there to do?

Love can make you smile
Love can take away your fears
Love can cheat you of a life
Leave you to drown in your tears

Love can make you breathless
Love can cleanse your mind
Love can leave you bitter
Watch you stumble as though you were blind

Love can make your heart sing
Love can make you laugh
Love can admit you to the demons
Leave you all alone in the dark

Love is like the highest mountain
If your lucky enough to reach the top
Then cherish love with all you have
Just don't stagger, for it's one terrifying drop.
