Stain

by Perfectlyunperfect37   Nov 16, 2004

Where does it say
we have the right
to judge?
where does it say
we are in power?
God has our power,
we live for him
and no one else
let me take you for
a spin.
He died for you
and me, on a wooden
cross.
Not for quilt or shame,
not not for
all the fame.
To wash away all our
sin, and pain.
The red blood still on
the cross
will stain.
I'm on this earth for
you and you alone.
I learn your word,
quiz me,
lets see
Matthew 7 through eleven.
I've got down
Missing one, appears
a frown
you see, the lord loves
you and me
never ending, he
promised us in
hell we are not spending.
Let his glory shine above you
and you'll surely make
it through. Knowing all you
have to do is let him through.
