Dire Musings

by FTS Miles   Nov 17, 2004

I venture into muted night
Damp dull grey sticking to my vision.
Anonymous crashing waters roar
Somewhere out before my search,
Over the quicksilver grains
Squirming from my path.
My chest drums a querolous beat
As I cannot help but wonder
(In this obfuscation of my reality)
What is out there watching me....
