~*This is a poem I wrote about my older brother a few years ago when he was to graduate and I was in 8th grade. Now I'm a Junior and my big brother is in Korea. I miss him lots and pray each night that he'll come home safe. I hope you enjoy..please vote/comment! ~God Bless
To the one who's brave in all he does
I look up to you everyday
And hope I become as cool as you
In each and every way.
I may have been a copy cat
Or just a little brat
But all I really wanted
Was for you to sit and chat.
I have always loved you
Maybe jealous at time
And all you did was yell at me
Like I had committed a crime.
Since the years have passed
I have come to see
I have become to be just like you
Only I am me.
Now we are all grown up
And more sophisticated
Even though we hated each other
I'm glad we're still related.
