My life is like a puzzle
Where none of the pieces fit
Its like a candle
That cant be lit

My life is like a Barbie
Without a Ken
Its like ink
But no pen

My life is like a game
With no rules to play
Its like a job
Where theres no pay

My life is like a scar
That will never heal
Its like paint
But the colors clear

My life is a story
A poem with rhyme
But can not begin
With once upon a time

My life is not a fairy tale
Its all based on pretending
To be someone else
And there is no happy ending
