Hes Not Guilty!!

She was ten,
And my real good friend,
Always happy,
Until then,

It’s cold and dark,
She’s there lying,
I look at her,
I think she’s dying,
There’s blood all over her,
Dripping down her knees,
She can barely walk,
God Help Me Please,
I try to help her up,
I see her eyes full of tears,
Her clothes are stripped,
I don't know what to do,
She screams, “Go he'll get you too"
I don't want to leave her alone,
For he may return,
He may rape her some more.

I don't leave, but help her up,
We are by her house,
Both full of blood,
Her moms in shock,
Everyone starts crying,
She recognizes the guy that haunts her dreams,
About the rape he started denying,
A problems formed,
There’s not enough evidence,
Hes not guilty!
