Smile it confuses people

Once in a while,
you will see people smile.
but they won't say,
what is really agonizing them today.

The fears inside,
they try to hide.
In despite of all things,
heartless emotions and no feelings.

With the feeling of nothing,
when they lack that something.
In search or precision,
without making a decision.

Why they smile?
Every once in a while.
