Into the Darkness

by tormented   Dec 7, 2004

Into the darkness,
I shall go,
No body's there,
I'm all alone,
To the left the path is peacefully and Love,
To the right its Dark and dead,
I run to the right,
I'm used to the night,
I like the darkness,
Its a place i can hide,

I go out so far,
It gets darker, and deader,
the tree's agonizing poses tell me i have gone to far,

Then out of the night,
The man,
The man with the butcher knife,
Raises the Blade,
It gleams and shines,

Soon the black and white had color,
My red blood painted it so bright,
I left to the darkness all alone,
Forever trapped in this eternal nightmare,
Left here to decay,

Look another person,
Coming forth upon my road,
Just as lost as i,
I hand the boy a red painted rose,
He looks into my eyes,
and realizes,
I am not a person,
I'm not living,
I don't breath,
I'm one with the darkness,
It has taken over me,
