The Night You Died

by Driver   Dec 12, 2004

No one will forget the night you died
specially me oh how i cried
why did you have to end your life
i would of died for you by a knife
you did it while you were knowing
that my love for you was steadily growing
but you put the gun to your head
and now you lie cold and dead
why did you have to pull the trigger
theyve already brought in the digger
to lay you down in the ground
maybe some day i will see you around
to this day i still wonder why
it could of been us just you and i
together forever until the end
but now youve faded like an old trend
i wish i could of held you in my arms
and kept you away from all harm
sometimes i blame myself for whats been done
but the memory will always remain in our minds
even with all our new finds
now your body will subside
but no one will forget the night you died

yo he deserves alot of support ...great depth on how emotions took him to these highs and lows in the way he wrote this poem...almost lyrical w/o trying to hard...greay
