You said your goodnites
And you sang us a song
I awoke to screaming
But I thought I was dreaming
The sirens I could hear
Getting louder as they near
They took you away
Without a word to say
I cried and prayed everything
Would be okay
They tried every thing they could
But could not bring you back
It's been three years
Since you left me
I still feel the emptyness
I still feel the pain
I love and miss you
Grandpa.
