The Sea

by Gergely Nyaguly   Dec 15, 2004

You were coming quietly.
That nice, chilly autumn day
Forgettable cannot be...

We were walking on the beach.
Those salty, bitter fragrances...
I still smell all of them! Each!

Don't want to lose that feeling!
Just live it again, bring to mind,
Hand in hand to be laughing!

Whispering under our steps,
The tiny shingles did let us
Find those voices and secrets,

All tastes of the setting sun...
And the darkness did surround us
When the magic's had begun!

It was roaring! Huge and deep!
Our souls flew up and became one.
That One what I want to keep!

Stars were shining on the sky,
Looking at me! Only they knew
There's an Angel! You! And I...

Suddenly I felt its cold
But I was not shivering 'cause
Your fire, what is "love" called,

Did warm up my lonely heart.
Taking delight in your smile, was
Falling down a splendid night...

The light in your beautyful eyes
That's the biggest gift I could get
What did thaw my massive ice!

You were standing quietly.
Make you happy, that's I live for!
That nothing else cannot be!
