The Sun

by Your eyeliner is laughable   Dec 17, 2004

Thinking of the pain of thousands,
Alone I sit atop this hill,
The pain that I inspired,
In there eyes before they lay still.
Though hunter in the darkness I must be,
Deciever, some say is my name,
I tried to control my bloodlust,
Yet I can never be tame.
I must leave this veil of shattered dreams,
Darkness presses in on all sides,
I shall no longer be feared,
I shall no longer hide.
My time has come to pay my dept,
Or I shall never truly be free,
I must be punished for my crimes,
Against humanity,
I've never seen the sun before,
What a glorious site it must be,
I'll stay a little longer,
Today I shall not flee,
Farewell to this world,
On my last day,
I just pray to see the sun,
Before the wind blows my ashes away.
