A Joke, A Lie

by CareBear   Dec 17, 2004

You're my best friend
Or so you say
Why do you do this
Why must you hurt me this way
You compare you're problems to everyone else
Yours are twice as bad
Is that why cuts cover my wrists
and scars never fade
Forever engraved into my arms
Things got too hard did they?
That's why you carry your razor in your bag
You carve away at your legs
It's the middle of school
They weren't that deep
But did you think no one would notice
Well you were wrong
You try and make your problems seem so much worse
Do you have stains on your furnature from the dripping blood
I do..
Not tyring to say my problems are worse then everyone elses
Cause I know they're not
It's just that if yours were really that bad you would try and hide the pain
Yet you show the world expecting us to feel sorry for you
It's a joke
A lie
