Habbit I can't kick

by Rachel Ellison   Dec 21, 2004

Hello again
Habit I can’t kick
I need more of you
I’m starting to feel sick.
Consume my body
And numb all my pain
If I die tonight
I’ll be the one to blame
Take away my thoughts
The ones that make me cry
And block all the bad memories
That make me want to die.
Please hurry, I need you to kick in
The pain that I am feeling
Is so strong deep within.

I’m now starting to feel your effects
My body’s getting weak
I can’t hear a thing,
And I can hardly speak.
Goodbye to all my pain
Just for a little while
Cause I know you’ll come back to me
With pile after pile.
But for the time being,
I’ll enjoy this heart-numbing thrill
And when it dies down,
I’ll just take another pill.
