Comparatively Unique

by ¤©h€€®ƒüll¥♥©¥ñ!c@l¤   Dec 25, 2004

I always had wanted
To stand out in the crowd
To be different than everyone
To be able to state my opinions aloud

I have finally done that
And grown my own role
But now you follow me
Making me part of a whole.

Comparatively unique
Is what you might call it
Like a stalker’s victim
Very strange, I admit

You would always say,
“Oh, she’s so strange”
But I guess you are strange too
Because now you’ve began to change

Why won’t you find your own place,
In this society with no end.
Why take my throne instead of yours?
And try not to pretend

Now I’m not my own character,
I’m just comparatively unique
