My Life, My Thoughts, My Feelings

So what if I'm not the girl that everyone wants me to be,
They don't understand that i want to be happy, and just be me,
I don't want to get dressed up just to go to town,
I don't want to go to American Eagle and buy some fancy gown,
I don't want to listen to hip hop, and rap like everyone else,
I want to listen to what i like, which is rock,it helps me calm myself.
I don't care what people think of me,I don't care what they say,
They made me out to be someone I'm not, and i hate it each and every day.
I guess they don't care what i do with my life, which is fine by me,
Id rather them not bother me, sometimes i just wish they could see,
That I'm this wonderful person, who holds so much in her hands,
I care about things that matter, and not whose going to be the next best boy band.
Sometimes when i sit in my room i think about changing everything,
Just to see what people would think, just to see how much joy I'd bring.
But i could never do something like that to myself,
I have no real reason, so ill just say its bad for my health.
Even though this poem isn't good, it would really make me happy if you'd vote, i think you should.
