Poor Girl

by sarah jenkins   Jan 12, 2006

Your heart is like an empty can,
And she is the tab on top.
If you try to take her away,
She will surely drop.

She was barely attached to begin with,
Just hanging by a thread.
Ignoring all the warnings,
Not listening to what her friends said.

Going on with the plan,
The poor girl didn't know.
He never really cared for her,
He never loved her so.

Into the bottom of pit full of rage,
Forever more she shall be.
If only they really knew,
That the poor girl, is me.
