Throw in some Drinks,
Throw in some cars.
Before you know it,
You’re seeing stars.
Are you in Heaven?
Are you in Hell?
Either way,
You tripped and fell.
I sure hope you’re with all those doves
Safer than me, way up above.
Is it pretty,
Is it Blue?
Is it Old?
Or is it new?
I really hope,
When I die.
I rise up,
Up to the sky.
Where we’ll join,
Where we’ll meet.
It will surely,
Be a treat.
So much to talk about,
So much to catch on.
All the good times,
All the blessed ones.
One that came up,
That’ll never be dropped.
Was the night that the news just suddenly popped.
You had wrecked,
And you were down.
I was crying,
And headed to town.
It wasn’t good,
I wasn’t quite sure.
Every thing just hit me,
It was all a blur.
I didn’t want you to leave,
You’re my best friend.
From the beginning,
Until the end.
How could he do this?
Why would he do this?
Why should I pay,
For his mistake?
For when I heard this,
My heart would just break.
I’m losing you,
I’m losing my pal.
When I come to think of it,
I’m nothing without you.
All these dreams,
Were left at the cove.
They were all diminished,
Because he drank and drove.
