Tsunami Disaster

The tsunami is a disaster
Worse than any war.
Theres a 125,000 gone
but there is so many more.

So many lives lost
So many hearts are sad
What can we do,
When things are looking so bad?

We are weeping now,
But we cannot grieve for long
We need to be united
We need to stay strong.

We need to do the best we can
We need to lend our money and support.
For those victims hurt,
who are scared and distraught.

Don't let our pride
or selfishness get in the way.
Give what you can
and help someone today.

Whether it be
money or a prayer
Just let them know
That somebody cares.

They are hurting
For a week they have cried
Don't you think we should
Be by their side

To help them
To help them live again
Lend them a shoulder to cry on
and extend a loving hand.
