LIVE Today, Like Tis LAST!!

by Mustardhart   Jan 2, 2005

Was taught to live my days
Like today's last no more grace
Told to exhaust my life today
Won’t have need for any in the grave

Told to enjoy the blessedness of giving
Accept in humility heart felt gift
To consider others more worthy than I
To love unconditional, and without price

As I walk along this pilgrim way
Should accept by faith what I can see
Forgive the strangest, most vile offense
Bless the ones that love to hurt me

Honor my parents to live longer
Experience glory of obedience, joy of blessings
Watch and pray for the days are evil
And to live today like it is my last

I must muse over these as I celebrate
Seek peace with all men, at all times
Bless God through whom all blessings come
Be filled in the healing waters at Calvary
