Strangest Times

by Halston Mather   Jan 10, 2005

At this happy time
I start to unwind
And I seem to find
Things become unkind,
It's completely strange
And makes me derranged
It drives me insane
Driving in my own kind of lane,
It's supposed to be happy
For me it's crappy
When people exchange sappy
For something completely cold,
This poem is bad to you
To me it is venting
Because this pain I have
It is just unrelenting,
I need a way out now
So far nothing has worked
To get happy...HOW?
When this pain has always lurked?
