The Vampire's Curse

by Johnny Marlin 2   Jan 11, 2005

In the dark of night
I watch over this place
This monument of death
So full of disgrace

The blood stained pedestal
The curtains torn and frayed
The demonic cults remnants
This is where they stayed

The crimson drink
Shattered on the door
Glass shards protruding
From every inch of the floor

This is where they killed
All the victims of their time
Raped and beaten women
What a horrible crime

But do they know any better
They are doomed eternally
For this is the vampire's curse
A lack of truly feeling internally

Do they really know the error
Of their horrible ways
The hatred they have caused
In their apathetic craze

I question their existence
As the sun is descending
Another night in this mansion
That seems never ending

The blood stained pedestal
From where I was killed
The crimson drink on the floor
I watched as it spilled

The vampire's curse
I have to endure
Is with me every night
For their isn't a cure
