Ready To Die

by Restless Envy   Jan 16, 2005

The rain falls like her endless tears,
Each silent steady drop,
A lot like her fears,
They never seem to stop.

Nightmares haunt,
Her sleepless dreams,
Her shiny knife taunts,
She cant be redeemed.

The little things,
The voice that calls,
The sadness it brings,
Only make her fall.

Away into the darkness,
She will go,
Pretending to live in bliss,
Hoping it will never show.

She doesn't want people to see,
How her life really is,
How can it be,
She has turned into this??

Her life seems so perfect,
This cant be real,
Aside the pain she inflicts,
How does she deal??

A monster,
Who hides in the shadows,
Her very own life haunts her,
All alone she battles.

This tormented soul,
Cannot take any more,
No chance to be whole,
Her blood will soon pour.

Fights to live,
Prays to die,
Has nothing to give,
Tired of all the lies.

Screaming in the darkness,
Trying to get out,
There was never any bliss,
Only hurtful doubt.

One little incision
she can never redeem
Shes lost her vision
hoping its just a dream.
