Questions unanswered

When people say they love you,
shouldn't they always mean it?
When people tell you to trust them,
they should always be able to keep it.

When that one person says your the only one,
why is it so hard to believe?
especially when you love them each day and in every way?

I don't get why all these questions pop into my head,
all that i can come up with,
is what he did and what he said.

Its hard not caring but even more not knowing if he cares for you. Is hard to think of where he is or what he's doing?
or if what he says is true.
