In Her Mom's Eyes

by Hannah   Jan 21, 2005

You were taken away
It's just not fair
I go in your room
But you're no longer there

Dinner for five
Has now chaged to four
Ever since the day I heard the Knock on the door

I went to the hopital
You're brother was there
He told me what happened
He was right there

He misses his sissy
Your dad misses you too
It's definitly not the same
Without you

Will is now eight
He's carried such a burden
His a strong little guy
That's for certain

Chad sits in your room
Alone at night
Wishing you were here
So he could hold his little sister tight

Days and months have turned to
A year
I miss you so much and wish you Were here

I long to hold you so very much
I miss your sweet innocent touch

Your laughter is missed
It's hard to know you're no longer in Our midst

I'm coming to see you very soon
Once upon a blue moon
