Well I fell in love with my very best friend. He's been the one I've wanted since we were like 10.
He's my everything and lots and lots more. I never actually thought I'd be his girlfriend. I never thought I'd score.
Until that one night at a school dance. It was nothing but true romance.
My friend told him I liked him and asked if we could dance. He stood there shaking his head yes. I just wanted to go and prance.
When we started to dance my legs started to get week and it was really hard for me to get my words out, I couldn't really speak.
We dance a few times around gym. Then finally I had to do it. I had to ask him.
My friend asked him out for me. I was afraid what he'd say. He told me he was leaning toward yes but he'd tell me the next day.
Well it didn't happen that way because my friends just made him cave and tell me last night. He was kinda upset but he thought it was all right.
He didn't want to tell me last night. He wanted to tell me the next day so it would be out of site.
It was a great day for me. It was a party. He wanted to tell me that he was gonna say ys on the next day because it was my 13 birthday.
I didn't really care when he told me that he said yes, because no matter what hearing him say yes anyway is the best.
So when someone asks you is it OK to fall for you best friend. Just look at them and say "yeah it's OK because she did."
