My Enemy

Everyday,
I wish this thing,
Would not stay,
And make things grey.

I hate the pain,
That it brings,
I wish that it,
Could just be slain.

I want to,
Come out of this rain,
Destroy this bane,
So I can change lanes.

Living like this,
Is something,
I would not miss,
It's hard to believe,
That this even exists.

Trying to find a cure,
Is something I must endure,
But I feel unsure
And not so secure...
