What I See In You.

by Lost in Love   Jan 26, 2005

If you ever wonder
What I see in you
Other than your beautiful face, stunning smile
Deep eyes of blue

When I’m around you
You bring out the real me
The side that I can’t hide
The part of me that no one sees

You bring the laughter in my voice
The smile on my face
The warmth in my heart
The feelings no one can replace

I hear your voice
My heart just stops
I feel you getting close
And my body gets hot

Your touch makes me tremble
Your kiss makes me weak
Never have I had anyone
To do this to me

You’re the one I wake up to
In the morning sun
The one I fall asleep with
When the day is done

You have given me the strength when I’m weak
The courage to be brave
The light when I can’t see
The safeness when I’m afraid

In return I do the same
And give you what you’ve given me
But I also give you honesty, trust, love, and compassion
And so you know everything will be okay- I give you the hope to believe
