Affection Of A Lost Love

by Marsha Brown   Jan 27, 2005

Locked in a room, left to die.
Little cracks in the ceiling to see the sky.
The sun is always shining, there is no rain.
Nothing here to interest me, so I go insain.
This is my life, I\'m all aone.
When everything is going right, here come wrong.
Pimp, Playa, Playa, that\'s who I use to be.
Always believed there was an I in \'we\'.
Never faithful, had to have more than one.
Always did only the things I shouldn\'t have done.
Then I came across U and U took my breath away.
I messed up the game when I fell in all the way.
When I gave up the game, so that I could be with U.
U calmly tell me that we were through.
Heart confused, my minds full of rage.
Went on shutdown, at an early age.
Fighting to keep my head held high.
Life in pieces trying to figure out why.
Wanted nothing else to do with the world.
Only wanted to reunite and be your girl.
As the days slowly past, I go crazy.
Yearning for U to take me back baby.
But U never come so I call it quits.
My heart on the floor all in little bits.
Locked in a room, left to die.
Little cracks in the ceiling to see the sky.
The sun is always shining, there is no rain.
Nothing here to interest me, so I go insain.
This is my life, I\'m all aone.
When everything is going right, here come wrong.
