Even though I think of you today
We did the right thing breaking away.
Yet there is one thing I carry in here
Deep down somewhere there is something I fear.
It belongs to the part of me that never let go
It's in my heart where my true feelings show.
It's here i fear seeing you around
It's then that my heart begins to pound.
I tell my self constantly that I'm over you
That the love i once felt isn't true,
Yet in all honesty there should be no shame
In saying I'd love you all over again.

    I really like this one, and it so sad to break up if you still love the person.... breaking up doesnt mean the love stops ...time heals and it will become a memory to look back on and smile... I wish you happiness

    YEAH, I KNOW HOW U FEEL! I LOST THE LOVE OF MY LIFE, AND I HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO LOVE SINCE, IT WAS SO LONG AGO, BUT I STILL CANT LET GO, NONE OF MY FRIENDS KNOW HOW I FEEL, BECAUSE IT WOULD HURT MORE TO RELEASE THESE FEELINGS, NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I SAY I AM OVER HIM AND HOW MUCH I HATE HIM, I STILL AM NEVER GOING TO HAVE MY HEART BACK...omg, IT SOUNDS LIKE WE BROKE UP YESTERDAY, YET IT WAS A YEAR AGO! lol, OK WELL KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK, CHECK OUT A FEW OF MY POEMS, THANX!
