I can not say where you are today
and i can not say whether or not you'll ever really be here with me to stay

I can not see the fire in your eyes
and i can not keep listening to your hearts lonely cries

Every time i'm left alone
i think of emotions you've left unshown

I can not see the purity that i once had found
i can no longer hear you, i've blocked out the sound
